Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Patients, We hope this message finds you well. We want to share some important updates regarding our services and policies to enhance your experience at Alchemy Aesthetics + Med Spa — New Cancellation Policy — To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain a smooth operation, we are implementing a new cancellation policy, effective 3-11-25. * You will receive a confirmation text/email 24 hours before each appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do so from this link. This allows us enough time to offer this appointment time to another patient. * You are required to provide your card information at the time of booking. You will not be charged till the end of your service. Please be aware that your card will incur charges for any cancellation policies including no-shows by the close of business each day. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $50. * Patients who “no-show” their appointment without prior notice will be charged $100 for their missed service. * Patients who cancel or reschedule appointments less than 24 hours in advance, after 2 occurrences we will require you to pre pay for your service, in full in order to book. We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or hazardous weather conditions, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
